Proper preparation prevents poor performance. If you're prepared, then you'll perform well.

Day 12 - Hitting The Pavement
I've finally had a slow moment here at The Cupcake Gallery so I'm using my time wisely. I know getting this million isn't going to be easy - so, I'm starting now. Preparation is key. Although I'm not planning to launch this next product for a few months, I think it's still important to get busy with research and business plan writing now. So, that's what I'm doing.

I think one important thing to do is surround yourself with positive people, and aslo get plenty of rest... it's what I'm doing... it's my biggest downfall at times.. especially the not getting enough rest part. I get so sucked up in my work, that I let it overwhelm me. So that's what I'm doing. :)
Research, resources and more research.
I too am prepping for a launch of a little something myself in a few months and all I can say is that research and the proper lining up of resources are probably the most important things in one's plan to execute anything.
I always say 'if you fail to plan, you plan to fail', and I live by that. Darius, you are throwing some gems out there for folks to learn through you leading by example.
